APTECH Inform increases engineering project efficiencies and communication, providing a secure offsite means for APTECH and client project team members to rapidly word search and access specific documents.

• Controlled secure environment for hard copy storage.
• Utilizes the proven SearchExpress^TM platform—allows for rapid hardcopy document or virtual scanning and storage processing.
• Documents are scanned and stored within a searchable PDF format to enable tiered restricted document viewing and management access as follows:
  

  	Level 1 - Restricted Access:	View Only
  	Level 2 - Partial Access:	View & Print
  	Level 3 - Full Access:	View, Print, Save As, & Email

• Secure file sharing site provides effective means for large electronic file transmittal. Designated project server for data storage ensures project file isolation and security.
• Secure date backup is ensured at three levels:
  

  	Level 1 - On-site AES Server
  	Level 2 - Backup to Remote Hard Drive
  	Level 3 - Remote Backup to Secure Data Center (Data is encrypted for security.)

• Formalized procedure process to ensure:
