The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma/GED and have a minimum of five years clerical experience in an office environment. Qualified individual will be required to answer and direct telephone calls or take messages, maintain local contact list and make travel arrangements for all regional employees, greet visitors and provide safety briefings, maintain guest log book, open and/or distribute mail and other correspondence, perform word processing and spreadsheets as needed, assist all departments with clerical duties and personnel scheduling as needed, maintain office supplies and general facility accounts, familiarize themselves with purchase requisition creation, approval, and submittal to accounting. The individual will be responsible for establishing processes to ensure secure document control, distribution of appropriate documents to clients and supervision of project administration staff. May 21, 2007 - Senior Plant & Equipment Refinery Inspector - The ideal candidate will possess a College degree; a high school diploma is considered a minimum requirement. The experience requirement for this position is five years working within the oil and gas or similar processing industry, including 4 years working as an inspector. Candidate must be familiar with all techniques used in the inspection and repair of refinery equipment including heat exchangers, columns, vessels, furnaces, boilers, tanks, flares and piping. Candidate must be able to read, write and speak English fluently and have achieved a Level 11 ASNT TC 1AI in all NDE disciplines. Candidate must be computer literate and possess a level of API and AWS Professional Inspection Certification. This position is available in both the Houston, Texas and Edmonton, Alberta offices.
May 16, 2007 - Pressure Vessel and Piping Engineer - The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution with working experience of both ASME (Section VIII, Div. 1 & 2) and ASME B31 Series specification. The experience requirement for this position is 7-10 years working as a mechanical engineer. Registration as a PE in the State of Texas is preferred.
